Shipping, Returns + Other Information
We are closed December 24-31st. All shipments for orders during this time will start shipping again on January 4th. Happy holidays!
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping your order may take slightly more time and also some of our carrier partners are experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.
Most orders will ship out within 1 business day unless we are out of stock of the item you ordered. We try hard to keep most items in stock. If we are out of stock, it can take up to a week to ship. Please e-mail us if you want to know for sure if your item is in stock for same day shipping.
The shipment transit times takes 1 - 5 days depending on the location and method of shipping selected. We ship via US First Class, US Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground from Southern California.
We also offer overnight and 2-day expedited shipping via FedEx or UPS for shipments, but orders may NOT always ship out the same day as placed depending on the time that the order is placed and availability of the items ordered.

The following are the shipping rates within the USA for ground shipping:

The cost for express mail is quoted during checkout and ranges from $18 - $55.
SHIPPING COSTS- INTERNATIONAL
Please note any duty owed for shipments outside of USA is paid by the customer and that customs may delay shipments which is out of our control.
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn sandals within 30 days of purchase date. All exchanges are fulfilled once we are in receipt of the original merchandise. Please contact us for the return address.
Havaianas flip flops all vary in size even if the same printed size. We do not take responsibility for variations as this is out of our control. If it does not fit, you may return it for credit or an exchange.
Lori Jack is required by law to charge California state residents sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.
Custom orders are available if you want to customize your crystals! We welcome your ideas and can help you choose the best options. Custom orders are available via phone order at 949-764-0053 or email us online. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out-of-stock or no longer available. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit.
